About the role:
I run an online health and fitness coaching business in the US. I get a lot of people messaging me on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook every day asking for free guides and information. I need someone reliable to:
1. Reply to comments on my social media to keep engagement up
2. Follow up with people in the DMs, ask them a few simple questions using my exact scripts, and book qualified people onto a quick phone call
3. Run short 10-15 minute phone calls using a script I provide
This is NOT a coaching job. You do not need any fitness or health knowledge. I have a complete system with every script written out, plus an AI tool that tells you exactly what to say next. Your job is to follow the system carefully, message people warmly, and book the right people onto calls.
If you can follow instructions exactly, talk to people in a friendly way, and show up consistently, you can do this job.

Thorough, thoughtful responses. Shows they take it seriously.
Red flags — skip immediately:
No READY at the start (did not read the post)
No voice recording submitted
Voice is hard to understand or very robotic
Vague about hours or says they need to "check their schedule"
Copy-paste generic application with no personal detail
Mentions wanting to start their own business soon
Says they are only available for a few months
Pay structure
Base: $4.00 per hour
Bonus: $50 for every client who signs up after she booked their rapport call
Hours: Starting at roughly 3 hours a day. Grows to 3 to 5 hours a day (up to 30 hours a week) as volume increases.
Payment: Weekly or bi-weekly via your preferred method.
Important: The $50 bonus only triggers on a real close. She is paid for outcomes, not just activity. This protects you and keeps her focused on quality bookings, not volume. Never pressure her to hit call numbers at the expense of quality. A bad call wastes your time on the Zoom and tanks your close rate.
